Hard to rate the company yet as I am waiting for test results. So far the kit arrived in a timely fashion, collection was straightforward, and posting to the lab was easy enough from Canada to the US after dealing with a customs form, I was notified when the sample reached the lab within the expected amount of time. So far, all is good.
